Motorola 'Signature Series' Expected Specifications Leak

Motorola has been dropping subtle hints on social media for over a week about a mystery 'Signature' phone. The details had been kept under wraps, the only hint being the device would be more on the luxury end of the mobile spectrum. 


Today, prominent tech leaker, Evan Blass has leaked the device in all its 'official looking' glory (with specs). Earlier leaks, codenamed the device as Urus, but now we expect it to be called the Motorola Edge 70 Ultra, in line with the company's naming scheme. This Ultra device will be the first launch in the 'Signature Series'. 


NOTE: The device will launch under a different name, the Moto X70 Air Pro in China, and it's expected to feature stylus support as well. 

This premium mobile phone will retain some key features from the recently launched Motorola Edge 70. This includes its:
  • Aircraft-grade aluminum design along the frame
  • IP69 + IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance
  • MIL-STD 810H certification 
  • 6.99mm thickness
  • Linen-inspired design for the back panel depending on color
