Attention Marvel Fans: A New Iron Man Phone is Coming!

Just when we thought smartphone maker and Marvel collaborations were a thing of the past, news is there’s a new Iron Man Edition Smartphone incoming.

There’s an Iron Man Edition POCO X8 Pro on the horizon.

Other Iron Man Edition Mobile Phones

A standard version of the POCO X8 Pro had already made appearances on certification databases across the globe, including listings in India, Indonesia, and Europe. Now, the Iron Man Edition has surfaced.

It’s highly likely going by past releases that this Superhero-themed POCO X8 Pro will actually be a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 5 which is set to launch in China at the end of this month.

Rumors are also swirling about the launch of a potential POCO X8 Pro Max, which will be subsequently based on the Redmi Turbo 5 Max. Both devices will launch alongside each other in some locations.

If both devices launch, they could have 1.5K-resolution displays. The chipsets will differ with a MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 powering the POCO X8 Pro while a more powerful Dimensity 9500 chip powers the POCO Pro Max.

Both phones are expected to launch with Android 16 out of the box which is the norm in 2026.

Not Xiaomi’s First Marvel Smartphone Collaboration
If you can recall, Xiaomi have released a special Superhero Edition Mobile in the form of the Iron Man Edition POCO X7 Pro

As for Marvel’s Iron Man, there has also been a previous collaboration with Samsung. In 2015, the brand launched the Galaxy S6 Edge Iron Man Limited Edition. This was a huge deal at the time since such collaborations between smartphone manufacturers and Marvel were not as common.

We should know more soon.
