FAQs
Is there any other way to turn off an Android phone?
Other than the hardware way, there’s also a software-based method to power off Android phones.
Why don't I have the power off option in my quick settings?
If you’re using an older device, it probably doesn’t run a newer Android version that has the power off option. This is an Android 11 feature, so if your phone runs Android 10, you won’t have that convenient feature.
Do these options work for an iPhone?
If you’re struggling to turn off an iPhone, you can use the hardware option by pressing the side and volume buttons (applies to newer models.) Alternatively, you can select the side button for older models. A software option exists in the General menu option.
